Amy Smith
MS, CNS, LDN, CEIC
I have always been a little unconventional; I like to challenge cookie-cutter, one-size-fits-all ideas. Nutrition is no different. After graduating with my master's degree in Integrative Nutrition, I quickly learned the damage caused by the health and wellness field. Diet culture, societal ideals, and the internet have ruined our ability to eat intuitively and trust our bodies. Women are being fed a line of BS that ruins any positive relationship with food and their body that existed.
It does not have to be this way. We do not have to spend our lives in this vicious loop of fad dieting, weight cycling, and hating ourselves. It takes up too much space in your head, wastes too much of your money, and steals your energy. My mission is to change this. I want to completely alter how you think about food, eating, and yourself.
As a nutritionist, I create programs and work with clients to dig deep into their past to get beyond the chains of dieting, learn to recognize their hunger and fullness cues, listen to their body and trust what it is saying and move beyond the stress and emotions that are holding them back from being their best selves.
Are you ready for a new way? A path that is sustainable and transformational? An approach that helps you to take back the power that food and dieting have had on you for years? You are in the right place – I see you; I hear you – and I am here to help!
